Refund Policy
Unopened and sale of serviceable products have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any exchanges and returns must be agreed with the seller in advance. Seller will not be responsible for refunds of the shipping costs incurred. Defective products will only be replaced by a similar product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chiadegracia.fi.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTE! Failure to pick up the parcel is not an order cancellation. We will collect a refund of 15-25 € for unpickuped shipments, depending the country. Uncollected products returned to the seller will be stored for 14 days.
