ORDER AND DELIVERY TERMS

Chia de Gracia is a registered company based in Helsinki Finland (business ID 2746897-3) We sell products to all legally adult individuals in Finland and the EU. All product prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to revise prices and shipping costs.

HOW TO ORDER

Placing an Order requires payment. Products can be ordered via the online web pages by adding them to the shopping cart and selecting the payment and shipping method at the internet cash register. The orders can be paid by credit cards or using PayPal.

While placing an order on an online store, you are required to know and be bound by the prevailing terms of delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unopened and sale of serviceable products have a 14 day return policy.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any exchanges and returns must be agreed with the seller in advance. Seller will not be responsible for refunds of the shipping costs incurred. Defective products will only be replaced by a similar product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chiadegracia.fi.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
