Hempbran

Hempbran is a very high-fibre and low-energy stomach filler for your horse. Excellent for weight management support.

Made from the hull of hemp seeds, hempbran is an excellent product for horses that need a low-energy, high-fibre stomach filler. The bran creates a feeling of satiety while containing very little energy.

Also suitable as feed for horses suffering from, for example, metabolic syndrome or laminitis, or for horses that otherwise do not tolerate grains in their diet.

Mix into the regular feed or feed as is – no soaking required.

Nutritional values per 100g:

Energy 1536KJ, fibre 61 g, protein 8,6 g, fat 9,9 g, sugars 0 g.

1 litre weighs approximately 200 g.

Note: Hemp products have been found to contain small amounts of cannabinoids, which are on the Hippos and FEI prohibited substances list. Hemp products are not recommended for competition horses, or a withdrawal period of 4 days is recommended.

Dosage:

horse 500 kg:

0,5 dl–8 dl/day. Proportionally smaller amount for ponies.

THC content max. 0,2% in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/1393.
