CdG ZINC contains organic amino acid-chelated zinc in a natural and highly bioavailable form.

Zinc is a trace element that dogs need daily from their diet. It is present in all body tissues and is involved in the function of numerous enzymes as well as the formation of protein and collagen. Zinc contributes to normal growth and development as well as tissue renewal.

Zinc is part of the normal structure of skin, coat and nails. Adequate zinc intake is often reflected in coat quality and the dog's overall appearance. Thinning of the coat or changes in its quality can sometimes be related to the overall diet, in which zinc also plays a role.

A dog's zinc requirement varies according to size, age and activity level. Adequate trace element intake is particularly important for growing, pregnant and lactating dogs as well as highly active individuals.

CdG ZINC supplements your dog's zinc intake as part of a comprehensive trace element diet.

The carrot powder used in this product naturally contains beta-carotene (a precursor of vitamin A), which is part of the normal nutritional support of skin and mucous membranes. The sweet carrot powder makes the product easy to feed.

Dosage

1 g contains approximately 20 mg zinc.
1 ml contains approximately 10–11 mg zinc (1 ml ≈ 0,50–0,55 g).

Approximate daily dosage:

5 kg dog: 0,25–0,5 g (≈ 0,5–1 ml)
10 kg dog: 0,5–1 g (≈ 1–2 ml)
20 kg dog: 1–2 g (≈ 2–4 ml)
30 kg dog: 1,5–3 g (≈ 3–6 ml)

Mix into the daily food.
